the breakfast was phenomenal

the regular shuttle runs into vail were very useful and helped compensate for the remote location

new and large room with great kitchen

soap was provided for the bathroom or kitchen by housekeeping

love the attention from the moment we walked in, to the shuttle service, n bar/food service

ordered room service for dessert one evening

were kids running all over the place - small children who weren't always well behaved, and with parents

the cookie decorating event was a big hit for my kids

the size and location of the hotel plus the costs a whiskey at the bar at maybe 35 dollars!

bar was well managed but the wellness and gym facilities were stand out

only prob was room service was arbitrarily cancelled for 1 morning due to lack of staff and one of the in house

hot tub was dirty and extremely hot, along with the spa areas were turned off and after 15 minutes they didn't warm up at all

proximity to lionshead village and our kids enjoyed the outdoor pool.

that the main lobby area has been taken over by a big central bar - not family friendly any more

also, the amenities available (pool, fitness room, s'mores

the pool was open which was great to lounge peacefully

even the bar was closed at 8:00

we waited 45 minutes to get our food- when i got my food it was cold, my hash browns were in a pool of oil the bacon was so under cooked

they do not have a good restaurant or room service menu. disappointed with the food selection

the room had a massive office/closet, a full kitchen and two full bathrooms

shuttle to the beaver creek village is great

location for golf in the valley

beds were so comfortable, the decor: mountain modern, the coffee machine and trail mix bar in reception, the cleanliness of the room

walkable to shops and restaurants, trail mix bar was a nice surprise

facilities were shotty and out dated. the laundry equipment destroyed some of our clothes.

hostel vibe, common kitchen and on-site creates a friendly chatty atmosphere

the place is super nice, modern and clean, the bar and the jacuzzi are a nice addition

room was a suite with a spa tub in the living area

the laundry was open 9-7 and we had to leave early so we had to stop somewhere later on

our room was big and my kids had a good time in the pool. breakfast was reasonable.
