my grandkids loved the pool

that it was pet friendly - first time i ever brought our dog - little frisco enjoyed himself

the hot tub was not that warm and wifi was not very strong/fast.

enjoyed valet-free parking, but the arrangement of the parking places was confusing with thee entry area parking

great location, clean room, comfy beds, and pet friendly.

we decided to make our own drinks since the bar had closed but there was no ice to be found

a hole in the wall sports bar open in the whole town that serves food after then, so if you have kids you pretty

for half the price of the room came a surprise $150 pet fee

for kids, kitchen area in the room, patio, comfortable, quiet, and private room

the room layout was good too as it provided separation between us and the kids

it can get a little noisy outside the rooms, especially when your room is near the kids area

staff very friendly and helpful, spa and athletic facilities great, quality breakfast buffet (not included but

front desk, valet and shuttle driver (the staff does it all and multi tasks to ensure the guests are treated

bar and grill was terribly disappointing

lobby bar was insufficiently staffed, and the staff were rude (maybe because they were overworked)

due to covid-19 the hotel suspended room service. this is temporary but was disappointing.

laundry only takes quarters and there was no change at the front desk, or at the bar and restaurants

friendly staff from the check in desk, bar service and shuttle drivers

spacious room and well designed for pets

it was also really convenient that they had a shuttle to anywhere you would like to go

the hotel gym was great for working out in

pool was not heated

tub, pool were great amenities

the breakfast was always full and complete

breakfast could have used a few more hot dishes. (potatoes, sausage or bacon) or

facilities are great and breakfast was excellent plenty choice and space

our room had a kitchenette and living room space , so overall very spacious

however, they had clean comfortable rooms with a pool and decent breakfast, which was everything my kids hoped

rooms were very comfortable; breakfast was great, too!

laundry room was a few doors down and used till late in the evening making it difficult to sleep

the outside was a little littered. i was given the 3rd floor when i informed i had a pet.

the pet area was nothing but dirt

the size and location of the hotel plus the costs a whiskey at the bar at maybe 35 dollars!

my two little kids all waited there together and cried finally

bar was well managed but the wellness and gym facilities were stand out

loved the hot tub and heated pool

the cookie decorating event was a big hit for my kids

pool and jacuzzis are the reason why we chose this hotel as we were traveling with our kids

the bar staff wasn t that welcoming or kind and ive heard few other guests complaining.

the amenities were great. masseuse at the spa was great.

breakfast was wonderful - a good menu and the restaurant is lovely

walls, a waterfall and aspen trees - the lobby area is very inviting and comfortable with a big fireplace and

needs to be updated and expanded (i hear that is happening soon) and the breakfast was ok for the kids (waffle

the room was beautiful and we loved the wood fireplace

the in-room fireplace was wood burning, so we didn t risk it

the pool was wonderful for our kids

studio room was a nice size with full kitchen and murphy bed

noise from the pool and some homeowners units

better suited to drunk college kids who don t care about where they stay just where they drink

we enjoyed the fireplace which was a brilliant addition

wish there was a pool, but we enjoyed the large hot tub.
