pool was not warm enough for my taste

location , food , atmosphere, view , people, spa , pool , every thing

the room had a massive office/closet, a full kitchen and two full bathrooms

bed, cheap scratchy sheets poor late night dining options outdated literature in room exorbitant pet fee, with advertised amenities not provided

we decided to make our own drinks since the bar had closed but there was no ice to be found

it's a bit much when people can hold their dog at the bar where people eat and drink

great location, friendly staff, comfortable beds with sizable rooms. spa is amazing!

that the main lobby area has been taken over by a big central bar - not family friendly any more

staff very friendly and helpful, spa and athletic facilities great, quality breakfast buffet (not included but amazingly good

cocktails at the bar are also $14-20 so be ready for that

after being nickled and dimed fur everything i was disappointed to learn that guest laundry wasn't included in the cost of my stay

shuttle buses too busy on a morning / afternoon at peak times, needs two at peak times

were kids running all over the place - small children who weren't always well behaved, and with parents

situated for a glorious view and for a long walk on the trail the trail right behind the pool to see more

ordered room service for dessert one evening

loved the hot tub and heated pool

it was all good - beds great - pool and spa great - restaurant was really good food

kids were allowed to run up and down the hallway screaming and dogs barking up and down the hallway

they're so low they're for kids

the self-serve coffee, tea, hot chocolate bar open at all hours was great and the hot

needed a bit more space for our kids gear in room. maybe heated lockers in the future?

were incredible and the breakfast and dining room, in front of the open fire was priceless for my kids

the shuttle service that the hotel offers is not dependable.

the staff, the location, the pool, hot tub, the steakhouse. everything about it was fantastic.

only prob was room service was arbitrarily cancelled for 1 morning due to lack of staff and one of the in house

was sent a message after booking that there was a pet fee and deposit tried to cancel and wasn’t allowed

the pool is not very large, so no lab swimming, but the kids enjoyed it tremendously.

the continental breakfast didn’t have that many options
