my grandchilds enjoyed the different pools and the beach too

the staff at the bar they suck they don t have any manners always so serious no thank

small parking lot, had to walk a lot with bags to get to

vacation for two or a fun-family get away (there are plenty of things to do for those with young kids)

there is plenty to do without leaving the hotel, games, pools, hot tub, gym, kayaks, scuba diving, beach walks

both simply and efficiently decorated, impeccably clean and replete with a very relaxing outside bar and swimming

clean perfect location and great private parking!

after checking in, they gave us a tour of the property, showed us the pool and bar, and to our room

useful spaces, like patio, bar, eating terrace & pool - private parking - nice room with comfy beds, fridge,

there was a shaded bar/ pool area with comfy furniture for lounging outside

location, friendly staff, limited but safe parking options, amazing pool, hammock on each balcony, and clean

gorgeous pool area and clean and comfy room

there was a tv and wifi

secure parking with gated access provided a worry-free vacation for our family

loved the gated parking for customers with no access to outsiders

very well located, breakfast was excellent and staff wonderful

the breakfast in the morning was delicious and your pool was fabulous

free wifi and the tv had a variety of channels

the staff was awesome, the rooms and facilities were very nice and 24 hour access to pool and bar/coffee shop

place is fantastic ( adults only) and great location

there was no bar and they was giving a special service to a group of people that were staying there

peaceful, nice people, beautiful nature, great room, domino table and pool.

the wifi signal doesn't work at my room, the far far far one

the wifi was a little slow but it is understandable since the place is remote.

doesn t have a microwave or a coffee maker in the room and the tv was not good they is no wifi no ice maker

hopefully when the pandemic is over the beach and pool area will be very lively

the room ac not cold!! no hot water in the shower, no wifi, no ice in the ice machine!!

furniture didn t have a nice appearance, no room service , the surroundings were dry not nice, there wasn

was not aware of the extra charge for our pets (dogs) and don't understand why is the charge for cuz there is

property is big and loved the pool for the kids is a great family hotel.

in the bar you need to add wiskey cutty sark

i informed the front desk about the problem & they gave me another room were the wifi was inoperable to watch

it was too exposed/ no trees or shade or ambience - a container style pool in the parking lot) and way too loud

great showers, wifi/tv worked, easy parking, walking distance to beach/poblado, great

our meals were lovely as well and the bar service was fantastic

apartment excellent location nice pools neatly kept gardens pet friendly excellent checkout experience; nicely

kitchen cabinet doors broken along with broken door for utility closet

but if i were to point something out, maybe the parking area

parking was so open to the street,i recommend a control access for security purpose

it was right on a square in ponce with shops, restaurants, casino, fire house museum and a beautiful church

ability to use the melias pool (hotel across the plaza) was nice

right around the main square with plenty of places to eat, a casino that plays salsa at night and night life

the service at the bar was exceptional and the food really good
