i messaged the hotel the day before arriving to arrange time by the pool on arrival

and room service number was under maintenance after being struck by lightning which can be forgivin but

the bar staff was absolutely fantastic

we had to wait in the lobby for over 10 minutes, we ended up moving to the bar to get service

loved that they gave you new bedding and sheets on the daily pool was always open as well as great

that there is no room service and the deluxe room does not have a full bathroom just the shower

were assisted with an early check in as we initially arrived 7hrs before normal check in time

staff and the pool was clean, also enjoying the view of the area
