elevator smelt like dogs, the laundry for guest was on the 4th floor and the gym was on the 3rd floor

one thing i disliked,was the fact that on the site it says there are laundry facilities (at an extra cost), but when i went down to ask where the laundry was located,i

only thing i wish is that there was an indoor pool but besides that i liked it!

thought it was annoying we were only allowed in the pool from 4pm-10pm

some really hyper kids but that not the hotel fault

would like a sack lunch breakfast option - we hit the road before breakfast!

the bar inside the hotel wasn’t open on weekends which was odd

we didn't eat at the hotel but there was a bar and lobby area that had ample and comfortable seating to eat, drink and lounge

the bar and breakfast area were closed due to covid. i understandably but a big bummer.

great rooms, nice gym.

kitchen staff were very accommodating for special needs

the only place to sit is a high bar stool, or a foot stool - again not the best for mature folk

pool was fun. hotel clean and lots of things walkable.

room service was a huge plus, and the pool and outdoor terrace area was very nice

the gym was gorgous and the illy coffee in the room along with ceramic cups was a bonus

room service is easy to order and speedy.

when we checked in we requested late checkout and the front desk attendant happily gave us late check out and put us on the bottom

real restaurant and bar no black make up towels charge for parking snack pricing is ridiculous won’t allow food

i went in to check on a parking pass & was blown away when they offered an early check in because they had a room ready

the enclosed outdoor spaces was nice for our kids to get out and run

we knew about breakfast but didn't realize they had something at dinner time

absolutely loved the breakfast and dinner

of four, the breakfast and kick back evening food was wonderful-great selection for adults and kids and staff kept it well stocked
