in town for a funeral and they allowed an early check in

great location, excellent value room. staff were great, even folded our laundry for us

a map of the the motel so it did take me a minute to find the ice machine that was located in the laundry room, but not a huge deal

ice machine on our floor didn’t work (second floor) also, in the indoor pool area it seemed as though the ac didn’t work and it was uncomfortably warm

the pool was clean and the service workers were very helpful and very courteous.

there was a big couple of buses of teenage kids that ran us out of the pool the last night because they were too rowdy for my girls

we didn’t use the swimming pool but we did use the fitness room that had enough machines to get the job done

the dinner and breakfast buffet was delicious

bed was comfortable. breakfast outdid any other hotel we've stayed. price was right.

since my kids were with me, it would have been nice if there were a pool.

walking into the beautiful hotel to the room service, everything exceeded my expectations and my standards were certainly fulfilled

the hotel staff was friendly and i found that the hyatt regency gym was excellent, with the treadmills, exercise bikes and

my kids would've liked a pool.

bags in the waste can, no coffee or cups in the room, only one wash cloth in the room and no laundry bags

not a huge deal but the pool was always crowded and the food area was always crowded.

the king room was not sufficient for 2 adults and 2 kids

the kids were really looking forward to swimming

i liked the bar onsite. i loved the access to the outside through the balcony.

hotel is clean and quiet; nice bar and breakfast options. close to downtown. free parking too!

can't get change for laundry on site cus they make u have to use quarters only never have any to switch a dollar bill

not an area i would recommend for a family to stay, and they don't have a pool or anything for kids to do once you get back to the hotel

the room they lived in cause all we heard all day and night was stomping and running around of kids

if it wouldn't have been late and my kids needed to sleep we would have left and found another hotel

i also didn t know the pool would be open already

i was accidentally double billed for room service.

the only place to sit is a high bar stool, or a foot stool - again not the best for mature folk
