pool not cleaned in morning and lots of bugs, lots of trash in retention pond behind pool at hotel,

location is great, the valet was helpful and very friendly, view from pool area is nice.

they need to fixes the wifi ,coffee maker and at least let a person eat a hot breakfast even if they did not book the room

pool had a strong chlorine smell. buffet was too pricey on dec. 31 for lunch.

room service was none and tv only stream movies if u have android phones

jacuzzi in the pool area wasn't working but as soon as we reported within minutes it was repaired up and running

gym is really, really small without any professional equipment

they say they have a gym but it isn’t really a gym

given the excellent restaurant in the building, it seems they could have a better coffee bar in the lobby

the restaurant zucca is wonderful, bar is amazing and the staff was great

the gym was very cool and comfortable and the pool had many shady places

over all experience was excellent from the shuttle driver to the public transportation everyone was

very busy hotel with a lot of kids running and screaming at the pool

not a big deal for us but if you're walking as a senior adult or with kids, be careful for trips and falls due to uneven concrete or overgrown

staff were great. bed super cosy. gym excellent.
