we really enjoyed the spa it was a nice area to relax and disconnect

elevator is a great asset, would be a challenge to get up four flights of stairs with kids

great cocktail bar with a good coffee shop also convenient for early mornings and late nights

also has lots of history while offering thoroughly modern facilities, including a great indoor pool and spa

complaining about cleaning ladies banging doors at 10 am it clearly states they do not have kids and they are lucky to wake up after 7am

the hotel restaurant cocotte bistro has delicious food at the restaurant and for room service

hotel bar was pricey but i will say the beers on tap and were very good.

the staff is helpful and efficient, also works flexible to accommodate the late check out on parking

we originally thought the gym was closed due to covid-19, but the gym is open for individual 1 hour sessions (one guest can (+) there is a gym with a discrete equipment (-)maintenance were often passing through the area i did not feel safe when moving to and from the gym in the basement area (+) little gym (+)the gym and laundry facilities (+) gym room have what i need to do a bit of training (-)gym and sauna are in the basement and not very welcoming. no pool. (-)a bottle fill station in the gym, main floor etc, or at least a water cooler and jug in the gym (*) there are not many facilities if you are looking for a gym or a pool, but it is a good place for a short stay
