clean rooms and everything was available. the breakfast was good

then getting home near midnight and having to immediately do laundry and shower + wash our hair

free breakfast was terrific

there was a laundry on site for guests to use but again we did not use this facility

i was extremely happy that they included a free breakfast

good parking for truck and trailer

only great thing is no pet fee and my dog was with us

check in polite staff facility very clean i loved the aroma in the facility i enjoyed the clean gym while i stayed my grandkids enjoyed the pool nice access to other amenities on the property

it was very close to the niagara falls, you could walk through the casino/mall to see it

should be a shuttle there is none

yes the only ice machine was on the 1st floor and no gym

we were a group of 9 with 4 kids and their swiftness in checking us in made our arrival easier

everything was great. just not a lot of parking and u should have a shuttle year round

the kids loved going to the heated pool

to be honest nothing like the photos on web site only thing that was ok was the spa bath but even then plug was broken so couldn’t let water

they didn't allow the kids in the pool after 10 pm, but themselves were swimming untill 11 pm
