clean room nice pool friendly staff

we got early check in and extended parking facility at the hotel

the daughter allowed us a late check out at no additional cost and the father (shakie) let us park in the lot after checkout

not all the sprays on spa bath worked

i had booked a room with the heart shaped spa tub and forgot my bubble bath

no pool…

having to get out of the jacuzzi in order to start the jets. swimming pool was unavailable.

was a pool, however it was empty and my kids were a tad disappointed

need to pay for parking. continental breakfast is not that great!

nice very updated (all the furniture and appliances literally seemed brand new), decent free breakfast with yogurt, fruit, pancakes, cereals, muffins, milk and more

our kids had to hear profanity and foul language

close enough to everything, but far enough to be quiet. jacuzzi and pool. view was great

after we had checked out and were having breakfast i realized i had lost my gold wedding band so we went back to ask if anyone had seen it

breakfast was great my kids loved it

beds were very comfy, staff was extra friendly and poo was perfect for the kids.

liked the location, it was clean, tv channels we good, hot tub was great and pool, and the staff we friendly

there were some unruly kids who would run the halls and someone bouncing a ball in the unit above us

the hotel was clean and the staff upgraded us just because which was nice after long travel with kids

had the jr presidential suite which had a king bed, a pull out couch and a jetted tub which the kids enjoyed a lot

the gym they liked, but for me it was stuffy

expectations really great location was literally 500m from the niagara skywheel and dinosaur golf and main clifton hill attractions

the pool was great the hot tub and sauna were extremely fabulous. felt like a spa vacation.

a nice place lots of kids tho would have nice at the pool had a cut off time for kids like 8 or 9 when they should be in

we stayed in a king size loft and it was so tastefully decorated with high ceilings full kitchen and massive bathroom

it is great if the reminder email explains what the cutlery and kitchen equipment are included

decorated and had a fully decked out kitchen with utensils and seasoning and even olive oil

clean, spacious room, well-equipped mini kitchen.

the location is perfect for visiting the falls casinos and everything around clifton hill

pool is so small, only eight at a time

personally i don't care to much, but it's critical when traveling with kids, they did not sleep well due to the noise

the pool was right outside our door and perfect size for the kids

parking is included with your stay, microwave and fridge and coffee marker in the rooms, outdoor pool great for the kids, ice machine and laundry room

staff, we had an early check in which is a big deal for us, clean and comfortable property, location is close to

the hotel needs some general renovation. the pool was closed.

but they should know in advance that if we are 2 adults and 2 kids, we must need more towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, than if you're alone

and for a last minute thing very affordable considering niagara falls was a 5 minute walk and the casino was maybe 10 minute walk

it was close to the casino we were going to.

i also enjoyed that it was located rather close to many restaurants and the casino and the falls

was so welcoming and even gave us options for what time we would like to be served our homemade breakfast
