wifi did not reach as far as our room

we had room service. dinner is so nice. breakfast is lovely but it was cold

friendly and helpful staff and the food is always top shelf ive stayed here with my 2 kids many times and i cannot fault this hotel in any way

the kids enjoyed it which is the most important thing but bare in mind it will be busy

staff made our stay even better, kids loved the pool,bouncing castle and kids club was brilliant

the room service has a surcharge of 5 per person which was very odd to me

comfortable we had a lovely night here looking forward to going again as i'd like to bring my kids i think they would love

kids club consisted of two teenagers minding at least 12 children

the room service didn't work out for me, i rang 3 times no answer

everything spa was fabulous and staff were lovely definitely come again

hotel was very comfortable and clean, we were going to a function in palmerstown golf course the following morning so it was an ideal location

fantastic beautiful grounds and facilities great spa and gym restaurants and staff fantastic

so peaceful - very few kids the walks, the bike hire, the pool all just fabulous

lots of nice walks around the hotel and golf course
