the city centre of portlaoise is just a short walk away and there is a large parking spot behind the house

amazing hospitality and best breakfast.

the hosts are very friendly and helpful. breakfast was superb. room was lovely and comfortable.

breakfast provided was exceptional and i was especially delighted as the hosts had provided the

amazing place, lovely room, delicious breakfast, especially the stewed plums, friendly and welcoming hosts, beautiful period house, and

maybe the bar food choice.

room was modern and comfortable with lots of extra amenities such as ironing board, laundry bags,

room service only from 3-9 p.m!

the location, the staff were lovely, the room was clean and the leisure centre and gym.

wifi connectivity was excellent

there was high dining and a gym available, but most outstanding was their pool, spa and sauna facilities

was amazing attending a wedding breakfast selection next day was fantastic staff were very friendly and efficient could not fault

stay, myself and my husband got married only 6 weeks ago, this was our 1 night away without the kids, our minimoon so to speak

they had a lovely night the only fault was the charge for late check out €25 for an hour they've stayed here as have we alot so was surprised at the charge

the bar is very pleasant and the food served is excellent

for her was a lovely touch we will definitely be back for a longer stay and too try out the spa

food in the restaurant bar was absolutely beautiful and staff were so friendly and helpful we will definitely stay again

was upgraded to a room with a kitchenette and lounge with the bedroom separate so we were able to put the children in the lounge

spa was absolutely fabulous the beds were so comfortable

great underground parking with ready access to reception but also to adjacent shops/supermarket

will definitely come back to try the food as we only had breakfast as dinner completely booked in bar and

too many kids, we didn't use the leisure facilities because of this.

the kids club allowed us to eat dinner in peace

the weekend and we had a very good weekend the staff were very good but the only fault was the bar the bottles weren't in the cooler there were warm the girls behind the bar didn't know how to

large gym and a nice swimming pool

everything was great. location, pool, kids entertainment were all fabulous
