was variable but too costly, the bar area only opened until 10pm which isn't late enough when on vacation, the pool & outside area's

this is a big hotel they have done a good job of making it not feel big - the pool is great for lunch

the concierge went out of their way to make any request happen and the whole team treated our kids super well

there should be a bit more instructions as to which floor the facilities like the gym and spa are around the elevator area

closed early, spa was drained, and pool could have been warmer, gates and fences broken, found hair in the bath

there are many amenities to enjoy- hot tub pool, tennis court, gym, as well as many services that are outside the room rate, shops and spa, cabana rentals

there is no gym, pool, laundry facilities that we could find, or ice or vending machines on our floor

was not always comprehensive, could have laundry service and restaurant is a bit too expensive for the quality

i didnt like that i had to reserve time for the pool but understanding that it is due to covid.

they provide car parking and free breakfast. most of the motels in santa monica won’t do that

other area hotels but offers many nice things, including a clean room, breakfast, and an outdoor pool
