property, great golf course and pool area

the views of the garden and golf course were quite peaceful

everything is right there. golf course, pool , jacuzzi, restaurants, mt dora close

for the three days that we were there the spa was only open on saturday with no services offered on sunday or monday, we wanted spa services

gone across to the street to panera bread for wifi but they lied to me so i had no wifi and my kids were very upset & i used all of my data

it easily accommodated two adults and three young kids - 2 of them in pack n plays and there was still plenty of room

jasmine was beautiful but causes me to suffer from allergies so i didn't use the pool.

laundry was $9 in quarters- a little annoying but everything else was perfect!

reason we stayed was because of pool, they didn’t inform us it was closed our entire stay or we wouldn’t have stayed here

i was unable to have a late check out and the bathroom was not that clean.

we didn’t ask for a room change because we arrived late and were very tired

bar by the pool was not working but they allowed us to bring our own drinks which actually turns

i also noticed the pool tables were no longer there i would suggest to replace them

they do not have any info on where the ice machines are located (not on every floor) or the gym

dining area, the staff seemed a little agitated with the kids, i have (2) 3 year olds, a 4 year old and a 1 year old

i like they have microwave and fridge to keep the milk for kids

close to everything and you can walk to restaurants and ice cream stores and mini golf

the pool is very nice, you will have a lot of kids and families on the pool but they were not overwhelming

we had was a great location by the elevators plus the breakfast n dinner was great staff was

unsupervised small kids in hallways

the pool should have towels downstairs… and ut should be working the ice machine

they came to the door the worker said he smelled smoke and they kicked us out with my kids we paid for 4 nights and only stayed 1

the mold made the kids sick no breakfast available at 8:45 am other than fruit cups

it was so dirty and uncomfortable that my wife and kids couldn’t sleep

room was right next to the laundry room so it was quite noisy

booked this hotel for a night because it offered an ev charger

they had an area sent up for kids to write and mail a letter to

the pool area was very nice

good feal if traveling with kids that eat free

gym decent, two pools at decent temperatures
