very convenient when you have two small kids

i really appreciated the laundry facilities, which was reasonably priced

the wifi wasn't great

there were many poolside activities for the kids (bounce house, paddle ball, mini golf (2 holes), and an in

we had breakfast included which was really nice and it was a buffet

large room with kitchen, laundry and full size fridge. ample parking.

unable to sign in to wifi from android tv and roku devices

they look like candy bars - and kids like to look in cabinets

the room was beautiful enough room for me and my 3 kids and the pool amazing

continental breakfast has variety of fruits, fresh churros, bread toaster and waffle station and the staff was

how they charge for room service

only feedback i could give was we had to wait a very long time for room service

family oriented, and located very close to disney world parks (7-9 minutes by car) moreover, the parking was

they asked us if we wanted to move at 10 pm but the kids had already gone to bed

the room was exceptional and comfortable, the room service was perfect, food arrived hot right off the pan

$20 a day for guest parking, $28 resort fee was bogus, covered 2 bottles of water, intermittent wifi,

in one of the mornings ive got a problem with some kids on 2nd floor room ( i was on 1st ) and in the other

they even left a starter package of laundry detergent

it has no umbrellas or shade at the pool. we had to bring our own table umbrella.

pool could be open later but understandable.

also, they have laundry facilities in each room

the laundry room took my money like three machines bad appliances

we were next to the gym big no no, because it is a 24 hour gym and we had kids playing in there throwing weights

everything was good except the wifi & tvs you were lucky to get 1 channel in that stayed in

plus the completely stocked full size kitchen

no english speaking room service staff

also has mini golf right infront of the resort which is very fun

so hotel was busy with the group - couldn t go to the bar - way too crowded - terrible wifi - housekeeping

would of liked at least one affordable kids and adult meal on their menus

property is beautiful. pool amazing. staff over the top!

our unit faced the golf course and the pond with a patio lounger--loved watching the sunsets

with two full bedrooms, 2+ full baths, and full kitchen, laundry, dining and living room we were blown away

surprisingly the pool food was excellent though

we were less than 15 minutes away from disney's maningate, a mini golf and dunkin were across the street and

also we prefer daily room service

staff were excellent arranged a early check in and a late check out, highly reccomend

for a hotel with several pools, there was no laundry line or hooks over the tub to hang a wet bathing suit
