this was a great place to stay with kids. many fun activities!

was upset we were given a room without laundry since this is the main reason we booked

resort fee was high for us. wifi was very spotty.

the pool and access to epcot was amazing

kids had a great time at the pool and eating s mores around the beach fire pit

the boat service is a nice touch to provide another wonderful experience for my kids

the guest laundry is temporary not available. that’s the only thing i feel bad about.

the hotel also has a small gym which was also useful to keep training for 2 weeks

the jacuzzi was not working, and there was a fee for the shuttle to disney.

would've been nice to know that the shuttle cost $10 per person before we booked, as we chose this room because of the shuttle, then

large very spacious rooms, huge closet and kitchenette, giant pool that my kids love, and amazing breakfast choices

i was pleasantly surprised they had a guest laundry room that we used

the small laundry room and i think people with kids should be on the bottom floor well kids running around i

i didn’t like the fact that it was only one laundry room with only one washer and one dryer

the pool towels was not convenient

liked the free breakfast, so close to disney world, friendly staff, heated pool, and free laundry

like the location of our room, and the fact we were close to the pool, laundry, game room & cafe
