i love everything about it they have a pool

breakfast, pool , and the beds are so comfortable.

com to have a late check out, answer came at 2pm on the day of check out, not helpful

the free shuttle service to the parks was a huge plus, saving time and hassle

the pool is a great way to relax and refresh after a long day in the florida sun

we took them to the laundry mat to wash ourselves

location- staff minus one at check out-room was perfect - bed was comfy - had coined laundry

location and all the facilities we needed including the guest laundry which was a bonus

offering late check out for an small additional fee

kind of mean for meeting me for the 1st time, one lady actually yelled at me for sitting in the pool area too early until she seen that she could actually have a conversation with me

although we did not use the pool

we checked in at 4 am and were offered a late check out so we weren’t rushed

-close to universal studios -coin laundry for guests -free coffe and tea in the morning

the pool could be better filtered as leaves were a big of an issue

was great allowed a early check in, and when our flight was delayed they allowed a much later then the standard late

they had a happy hour at the pool bar and were walking distance to 7/11 and some restaurants

wifi was awful, it s the only thing we has issues with

the wifi did not work, so we worked around it

parking was a little small i had a o park in the other lot

my room was next to the laundry room and one night i had to call because the noise of the dryer was extremely loud

pool its amazing, the view also… it has alot of store and restaurant nearby so its perfect for

it was so dirty and uncomfortable that my wife and kids couldn’t sleep

nothing for breakfast was gluten free.
