loud kids in hallways

lots of people smoking so might now be good with small kids

fridge with no bar, meaning kids had nothing to consume, haha

gave our kids a spare room to hang out in on saturday night

with kids and breakfast included would have been nice

new and in good working condition, beds were super comfortable with different choices of pillows, breakfast had many good choices for being included in price

pool could have been larger but not really a complaint.

didnt try the breakfast but the hotel was clean, and far exceeded my expectations in style and comfort

the air in the pool area was pretty cold. there seems to be some leaks from the doors.

it was very late at night and we had two kids with us he made them laugh and was so friendly the kids have been talking about him for days

i woudl suggest a mini bar in the room as there is no room service.

once we got our keys we went to our room on the 4th floor, there were bags of garbage and laundry all down the hallways

travel quite often for our 3 kids in sports and stay at radisson a lot of the time

having the practically full kitchen amenity in our room was great for us as we were in town for a sporting event and this

room service but availability depends on staffing, and menu is limited

no hot tub in the pool area.

i didn t like how the pool and stuff was closed but that s just because covid.

convenient location, friendly staff, simple but good breakfast laundry facilities are available

it was at the front desk, in the hallway, or breakfast buffet room - every staff person was a 10/10

our only complaint was we could hear someone doing their laundry quite late at night.

the room is spacious, and they provide a good breakfast as well as a fitness center

difficult to get any response to allowing late check out and additional key fob

hangers in closets, a regular coffee maker, larger variety of kitchen utensils, grab bars in the bath tub so old folks can get out, and a non slip bath mat

location, parking and unit were all great for visiting kitchener comfortably.

apartment itself has a nice layout and it is nice to have two bathrooms and laundry facilities
