smell of the hallway, the smell of the room, that they have a pool and it was open and clean, that they have a restaurant and they make pina colada's

ended up having to pay more for a presidential suite to fit my kids and husband

although there is a gym it's a bit tiny. that's the only criticism. otherwise a great stay.

had a party in the banquet hall, the bar wasn't open

then, bathtub drain was clogged, room service sent crew to remove strain

i called after i got my car, and the woman at the front desk accommodated an early check in (about an hour early give or take)
