allowed early check in

place was good and clean. toilet too was good and clean breakfast was good

the pool was closed so it was a bit disappointing for our kids

off the i90 was great, with cracker barrel and denny's next door, made for easy stop off with kids

to room i booked said king with 2 sofas, only a king was there, and no 2 sofas so no place for kids to sleep had to get a roll away bed that you could feel the bar on it so took matress off it

very clean and front desk was very helpful with an early check in

check in excellent, managed an early check in

we started twice that week, this trip we needed an early check in and they were really accommodating

we were placed in a room that conjoins with the room next door, and we could hear kids screaming through bath time

overflowed all the way out into the room and the closet, ruining my dress and shoes and the shuttle service

ssed the point of being able to go out for dinner)

requested an early check in and we knew we would be leaving early as well, and the manager worked at meeting our

breakfast was ok, but can't complain for complimentary.

didn’t wake up in time for breakfast but i loved the location of the facility it was very easy coming and going very good in

the staff, our bedroom was great and so was the bed. breakfast was outstanding!!!!

have like pool/gym to be open, but with covid, actually ok it was appropriately closed

kids loved the fish pond and the gym access was awesome

the staff was outstanding and breakfast was very good

arrived we had to ask for breakfast vouchers and got only 2 adult meals without 2 meals for our kids

kids had a blast and we got to relax and eat some delicious food

on top of that the owner was extremely rude and berated us because we arrived at the agreed upon early check in time

tina, the hostess is very accommodating, and provided a wonderful, customized breakfast

i called after i got my car, and the woman at the front desk accommodated an early check in (about an hour early give or take)

don’t have any negatives about our stay but if i had to think of one, it would be that the male shuttle bus driver drove way too fast with a van full of people and luggage at 4:00 am
