kids still got wet, little cold, but it’s winter time… breakfast- eggs were burning in warmup

the staff, our bedroom was great and so was the bed. breakfast was outstanding!!!!

minor detail, but surprised the pool wasn't warmer.

went with the kids to use the pool from one day to another and pool was not working at the

pool was packs with kids the entire stay, loud rap music in the courtyard

no ramp by entrance c despite handicapped parking and other signage

small signage for entrances located in side parking areas.

breakfast was very good and very reasonably priced. waitstaff was friendly and efficient

i called after i got my car, and the woman at the front desk accommodated an early check in (about an hour early give or take)

all the staff was very friendly and it was nice to have a late check out with out a charge

have like pool/gym to be open, but with covid, actually ok it was appropriately closed

i didn't get to the gym and pool because i was thoroughly enjoying my television and bed

smell of the hallway, the smell of the room, that they have a pool and it was open and clean, that they have a restaurant and they make pina colada's

loved that a great bar and resturaurant are on property. great food and drinks and servers!

on top of that the owner was extremely rude and berated us because we arrived at the agreed upon early check in time
