clean with a restaurant and bar open until 10pm

ask for a room on the top floor so i don't have to listen to kids running back and forth and dropping things on the floor over my head

the bathroom had a great 1/2 wall for the toilet which was helpful when kids were running in and out of the bathroom

also, the hotel was very loud due to numerous soccer games and kids yelling in the hallway late at night

let us do early check in,upgraded our room, & included free breakfast for no extra cost

the hotel allowed me early check in without charge

you'd want for a family vacation; clean pool, nice playground, nice tennis courts and a gym

property, staff is awesome, both indoor and outdoor pools are clean

long way to the room, the uncomfortable long way to the laundry without cameras and security and they don’t serve breakfast

down, smells like cigarette smoke, and the large woman with rotting teeth wouldnt let me check in early or use the public bathroom despite requesting early check in while booking

i didn’t like was that it said pool but nothing that mentioned that it was closed and that the jacuzzis/hot tub were for the rooms

complimentary breakfast selections were wonderful, scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon, sausage, pancakes, cereal,

shuttle from airport was a lifesaver

trouble getting the washer in the laundry to work, to find it was the outlet breaker needed reset

they were able to get me an early check in, i arrived at 10 am and was able to get right into a room

when traveling with 3 kids, free breakfast is a must

not hotels fault but kids hockey team was there and they screamed and were very rowdy in pool area
