is convenient and they always price match any competitor rates and they always accommodate late check outs

the pool was open for my kids.

the pillows were horrible. they allowed kids to just wander the hallways all night.

i have 2 young kids and my son is autistic and jumps and has a small screaming issue but i informed the front desk

arrived, the system was down, but to prevent a delay in my check-in they accommodated me with an early check in and upgraded me to a king room, and to my knowledge because i haven’t checked yet

stuff was great very friendly, they allowed me early check in and late check out doe to my flight hours, the bad is super comfortable, and the

one of my favorite features was the free airport shuttle, which made getting to and from the airport so easy and stress-free

staff were absolutely amazing, each and everyone i met, from the shuttle transporter, housekeepers, too the front desk, i did not want to leave

the shuttle service was excellent and both drivers were extremely nice

even the trush not removed, the floor it's not vacuumed we told them its not clean and i have kids however didnt make any difference , front desk no customer service we been in a lot of hotels

i loved their entire gym and the amazing set up of it all

were very noisy rowdy kids in the next room-kept us up late and woke us up very early in the morning

neighborhood, scared to have kids there, dirty hotel, toilet didn't flush right, afraid to walk bare foot, faucet barely

2nd room ok for air conditioner, but noisey kids running back and forth in front of room, until 10pm

i didn't have breakfast

staff was extremely helpful and kind with assisting in early check in and late checkout

was the only one that ate breakfast except a couple of kids got the packaged muffins but they were disappointed the pancake thing was working

the breakfast could've been better! maybe think about incorporating a waffle maker
