accommodated our need for early check in

thought breakfast was good

the pool was lack luster, hot tub broken, and the kids birthday parties were very overwhelming

very clean and great, welcoming staff. also, having 24 hour shuttle was the best.

huge, clean, quiet, room. i had the portobello soup from room service and it was fantastic.

bar and room service are closed for covid restrictions earlier than normal, but thats not their fault

stuff was great very friendly, they allowed me early check in and late check out doe to my flight hours, the bad is super comfortable, and the

arrived, the system was down, but to prevent a delay in my check-in they accommodated me with an early check in and upgraded me to a king room, and to my knowledge because i haven’t checked yet

didnt reflect what food they served which was very inconvenient as the room menu stated they had kids options but then we find out that there was nothing for our children

was a la cross tournament and lots of young kids playing with the elevators

on the website the pool was closed and they didn't say anything about it when checking in so my kids were highly disappointed they couldn't swim
