staff accommodated my request for early check in as best they could and were always so courteous even over the phone

we asked for a very early check in, they sorted it no bother, we asked for extra milk and tea bags, they have us so

given the hotel is located by a popular racecourse would expect more facilities in the hotel ie gym, sauna, steam room, pool, jacuzzi as other holiday inns across uk

were lovely and friendly rooms were clean cosy and comfy breakfast and bar staff were lovely

an early check in time of 2pm was very handy, and self check out just as convenient

the pool was a bit murky looking, but our kids loved swimming in it even though it was a bit green in colour

value for money, added bonus of the pool, good breakfast catered for gluten free

nice touch was the breakfast in the room because of covid, we loved it

to stay as the hotel has so much history the gardens were lovely for a coffee and cake and the breakfast was

superb breakfast…a little on the large size for me

the golf facilities seemed perfect although my husband didn t use them this time but plans to return

a well stocked bar with good ale and a large well equipped bedroom with a very comfortable

back when we we liked, beautiful room, massive wardrobe space, able to sit wherever we wanted for breakfast, had a lovely full english with tea, toast, jams and juice
