i was not informed of the construction/remodeling yes i asked for early check in but was still never told about that
pool was big
and also had a great breakfast

the staff was accommodating and nice even let us have an early check in
no soap to pirchase for laundry, allows pets
they do allow pets and people smoke and prop open the side entrance door, they have vending and laundry but had no soap, thoroughly enjoyed my stay but be forewarned if you are a bath person the
out of laundry supplies for the on site

side door did not lock. could not come in through the pool side entrance.
the breakfast wasn't that good.
the casino across the street is fun to check out
it was right across the street from the newcastle casino. lol.

connections issues, hallways were loud from how the rooms were set up, outsourced food, half the gym equipment didnt have power, shower only units

there was a free shuttle that i took to bricktown to explore and have dinner
there was no pool, and only one ice maker in the building

checked in early, due to traveling from phoenix, az to michigan
i wouldn't have been happy walking with my kids at night to and from the hotel to parking
the gym is open 24/7, and the rooms are large
husband was pressuring me to get a message)
the location was perfect, the beds were comfortable and my kids loved the pool and breakfast!

traveled 12 hours to get there and they were able to get us an early check in at 1pm
great location, pet friendly, accommodated our early check in needs.
the bar and restaurant are wonderful
