the early check in!

and when they did have towels they would only allow us 2 towels for four people to use after the pool and showering

the room was nice and big. the pool was warm (at night )

pool is closed, upon arrival the desk person told me that he couldn’t put me in the room i had a

bed was comfortable and pool was nice.

were emailed and told we would get upgraded to a 2 room if we did late check out or early check in

the wifi is good quality, the staff to listen

i love the breakfast in the morning the beds were very comfortable my kids was settled

traveled 12 hours to get there and they were able to get us an early check in at 1pm

the pool was enjoyable for our little kids and the elevator was a big hit

the staff was very accomodating and they gave me a late check out which fit my needs of a late evening flight

the gym is open 24/7, and the rooms are large

we went to a thunder game and rode the shuttle the hotel provided

there was no pool, and only one ice maker in the building

shuttle service saved us tons of money instead of uber!

kids at the front desk told us we could use the shuttle for bricktown and it would be avail as late as 12am

available for an early check in as a result of my travel

both request for early check in and rooms next to each other were met

the pool and hot tub was close and it was all indoor and behind nightstand that trash behind it

however, the pool was actually warm

fitness center. cleanliness. room maintenance and upkeep. all far below ant kind of standards.
