early check in was excellent

no pool

that there was enough space for everyone and having the little kitchen area was so helpful

clean, well-maintained, great breakfast

breakfast was great and the staff went out of their way to help my disabled husband

traveled 12 hours to get there and they were able to get us an early check in at 1pm

great location, pet friendly, accommodated our early check in needs.

the bar and restaurant are wonderful

the coffee lounge was great. the outdoor bar set a really cool vibe at night. the pool was cold.

we didn't use it, but the pool was pretty small if you were staying there with kids

checked in early, due to traveling from phoenix, az to michigan

the gym was great

the pool was enjoyable for our little kids and the elevator was a big hit

near everything and indoor pool was great.

oh and the hot tub/pool and gym is also very nice and clean and is my favorite area of the hotel

i'm glad it was not the summer as the pool was the size of a hot tub

couldn't use pool due to 10pm arrival

we also enjoyed the shuttle getting in and around town

were emailed and told we would get upgraded to a 2 room if we did late check out or early check in

great breakfast made to order eggs, in the evening they have a reception with hummus and home made pita

and it wasn't what we was expecting at all, all the kids got sick because the pool was slimmy and nasty and other people's kids was running up n down the hallway screaming and

wifi not reliable. staff informed that wifi problems are persistent. this is unacceptable

everything was clean from my room to the lobby, the dining area and the pool

available for an early check in as a result of my travel
