i was not informed of the construction/remodeling yes i asked for early check in but was still never told about that
pool was big
and also had a great breakfast

the staff was accommodating and nice even let us have an early check in
no soap to pirchase for laundry, allows pets
they do allow pets and people smoke and prop open the side entrance door, they have vending and laundry but had no soap, thoroughly enjoyed my stay but be forewarned if you are a bath person the

was able to check in early
it was clean ,very comfortable ,near the casino.
key did not work for reentry from the pool. had to go around.
but overall was small for 2 people ,would have been fine for 1 person,and friday morning 4/21 the breakfast worker was great but saturday 4/22 the breakfast worker didn't seem to understand english
it was right across the street from the newcastle casino. lol.

the breakfast was great, lots of choices and well stocked.
they have a free 24 hour shuttle to riverwind casino

there was a free shuttle that i took to bricktown to explore and have dinner
there was no pool, and only one ice maker in the building

checked in early, due to traveling from phoenix, az to michigan
i wouldn't have been happy walking with my kids at night to and from the hotel to parking
the gym is open 24/7, and the rooms are large
husband was pressuring me to get a message)
the location was perfect, the beds were comfortable and my kids loved the pool and breakfast!

traveled 12 hours to get there and they were able to get us an early check in at 1pm
great location, pet friendly, accommodated our early check in needs.
