early check in. continental breakfast . room was clean

reservation staff helped for early check in!

i would like to see what the hidden charges were for , i didnt use the pool , gym or the free

i was really hoping to have a warm breakfast, but got cold cereal.

is clean, beds are comfortable, and the complimentary hot breakfast is great with lots of options

they were very accommodating with my early check in

the hotel was quiet but the duct work was pretty noisey the spa tub was gross and had staining from years of use without being properly maintained and cleaned

location was the best. charlie's irish bar was super duper! breakfast buffet very good.

lorenzo was amazing at front desk and very helpful for early check

they wanted an extra $50 for early check in at 2:30 and noice levels into midnight were inexcusable

it's a struggle to find a good parking spot due to the bar/restaurant next door.

no adults with them and only one of the kids was actually staying in the motel

com said i could get early check in but the hotel said no

at the property they said the room would be ready at 12 for early check in

i requested early check in and had no problem getting

cost was equivalent to the location n the fact that they had laundry on site n was close to shopping n dining out

only down fall was pool was closed day we left

we originally got there at 130 and asked about an early check in, he said no- then we came back at 257 and were told check in was 3pm…3 min

lady i talked to on the phone about early check in was super helpful and accommodating

the pool includes a small gym and indoor pool plus jacuzzi, which was nice for our long-term stay

with the hotel but other people that are staying there, just not watching there kids in the

we were there to celebrate a kids birthday, and only having 1 hour in the pool was disappointing

didn’t have the bar open because of staffing issues … so understandable but was a bummer

i requested a early check in (not expecting it) but i was able to check in an hour early

close to venue and check in staff/shuttle driver was amazingly kind

the room was bigger than anticipated and we loved the shuttle!

we really appreciated the shuttle to and from the wild game

breakfast was good the parking was free and the hallway was clean

great view, accommodated early check in, right downtown.

the breakfast off the menu was delicious too and the waitress was so

they offer room service and there's a restaurant, but there is no breakfast bar

room service was better than average with nice staff

very satisfied with the early check in especially with an earlier then normal hockey game

the shuttle service

the morning manager at wild bills (the sports bar in the hotel)was very personable

cleanliness, the comfortable bed, the free shuttle, and the helpful staff the parking was very

offered shuttle for 3 miles. the room was quite to outside noise.
