i arrived a wee bit early and asked for an early check in

cost was equivalent to the location n the fact that they had laundry on site n was close to shopping n dining out

it had laundry facilities.

we needed an early check in and late check out and both were given with no reservation

breakfast was great and nicole was very helpful

the waffle breakfast bar was a highlight for my wife & kids

didn’t have the bar open because of staffing issues … so understandable but was a bummer

very satisfied with the early check in especially with an earlier then normal hockey game

offered shuttle for 3 miles. the room was quite to outside noise.

they offer room service and there's a restaurant, but there is no breakfast bar

for early check in would be nice but they did allow a waitlist which got us in about 5-10 min before

from granting us early check in to changing our room from a double to a king and making sure we had a fabulous city

went there for a bachelorette party - the front desk was able to get us in for early check in so we could decorate the room, and the customer service was outstanding

depend in the pool and have a good breakfast in a 12 o'clock check up
