early check in. continental breakfast . room was clean

reservation staff helped for early check in!

i would like to see what the hidden charges were for , i didnt use the pool , gym or the free

i was really hoping to have a warm breakfast, but got cold cereal.

is clean, beds are comfortable, and the complimentary hot breakfast is great with lots of options

they were very accommodating with my early check in

the hotel was quiet but the duct work was pretty noisey the spa tub was gross and had staining from years of use without being properly maintained and cleaned

location was the best. charlie's irish bar was super duper! breakfast buffet very good.

pool and hot tub was clean and accommodated a good amount of people on the weekend for parties

very big, free parking, clean hallways, gym facilities and even the laundry room!

restaurant attached had amazing food, the pool was clean and refreshing, lots of shops down the road and our room was amazing, spa tub was

no breakfast offered, none available close by. laundry facility was good.

com said i could get early check in but the hotel said no

at the property they said the room would be ready at 12 for early check in

i requested early check in and had no problem getting

luckily i had the top bar lock on the door

the heated pool was small but nice and same goes for the jacuzzi

didn’t have the bar open because of staffing issues … so understandable but was a bummer

staff, great pool, great location, huge windows

check-in, all staff was friendly and helpful, free shuttle to the xcel center, free hot breakfast that was different everyday, and peddlers pub that is in the hotel has great food with

the shuttle bus service could use a bit of help

we liked the location, and it was awesome that the shuttle driver took us to the hockey game and was waiting for us afterwards

great view, accommodated early check in, right downtown.

buffet breakfast was overpriced

i enjoyed the view and my kids like the rooms so much they said they like their new home because that was their first time

gym much better equipped than i would guess

did not have breakfast but bar was well stocked with many choices

very satisfied with the early check in especially with an earlier then normal hockey game

parking was expensive and the pool was freezing cold.

but nice they had a restaurant bar that where we had dinner and drinks before concert and also breakfast in the morning
