we originally got there at 130 and asked about an early check in, he said no- then we came back at 257 and were told check in was 3pm…3 min

was great and we were allowed an early check in, which was amazing because i had surgery and was looking forwad to get settled in

lady i talked to on the phone about early check in was super helpful and accommodating

pool area was excellent for children of all ages

with the hotel but other people that are staying there, just not watching there kids in the

lorenzo was amazing at front desk and very helpful for early check

they wanted an extra $50 for early check in at 2:30 and noice levels into midnight were inexcusable

i loved the easy access to the hotel, my kids enjoyed the pool and the complimentary breakfast!

i like that there are no kids allowed in the pool after 10pm! that is a blessing!
