front desk staff member i dealt with was super friendly, and accommodated an early check in so we were able to dress for a wedding we were going to

during my stay, there were large families with a lot of kids running around the entire hotel getting in the way of all the staff

i enjoyed the bar and the service, but i didn't eat in the hotel so cannot comment on that.
