the property is near a music bar that makes noise through over night

as of noise it is mexico and it we knew it would be noisy especially since there was a bar we just got in our room and stood in there

the staff was so friendly and accommodating, and the room service food was surprisingly delicious

were delicious and sonia at the hotels restaurant was super attentive and sweet to us and the kids

outside the airport means there’s more space and they have an outside garden and pool where kids can play - great having just spent 12h on a flight

breakfast was extremely expensive, our kids (8 and 6) were charged adult prices albeit we spoke spanish (might be an important side note)

personell was very nice all the time and the room service very quick and good

monitored us in the hallways and then in the gym, and then at noon asked us to leave the gym

i love staying here the staff is so nice. it's so clean. they have a good breakfast bar.

they even have a shuttle that can take you around 5km of the property that it´s complimentary
