everything about this hotel is great food, location and swimming pool

spa area & gym was clean & in full working order

to goodwood, peaceful with parking

right in centre of very pretty small country town - plenty of onsite parking - spa and pool area was nice and also had sauna and stem room- all areas exceptionally

all good with the extra bonus of a gym, a sauna and a pool

however, on this occasion, i just stayed on the bed and breakfast option

breakfast was included with some hot dishes being a supplement

ambiance of being able to wander around in a bath robe and flip-flops

swimming pool is olympic size and loved the improvements

for me, the spa facilities and outdoor pool really topped the list, indoors and outdoors they created a beautiful environment to enjoy and

parking was a bit of a problem when we arrived

restricted swim times for kids… then having to wait and potentially not then get to swim if time was up

beds and great breakfast, did get lost looking for various rooms and bedroom, but overall a pleasant visit

as i was only there one night for a function i didn t get to use the gym, spa or golf facilities but have no reason to believe they were not also 5 star

wifi worked well

we visited the spa and had a massage which was lovely and then sat by the pool with a glass of prosecco

kids and i enjoyed the lovely communal area

great welcome from the staff. nice food in the bar in the evening. good cooked breakfast.

found staff were not very knowledgeable about places to visit or where for instance to do laundry - suggest staff are trained a little more about what to do and places to visit in this area

the pub wifi didn't reach our rooms so was difficult to try and entertain our young child in such a small

great pub with a fantastic garden and playground for kids. super friendly staff. great value.
