have been suitable to stay in for a number of days up to a week, with the living, dining, and kitchen area nicely on the main floor and the beds

both the snug bar and the oak panelled dining room were pleasant places to eat

the bar /pub area could have a bit more music for a better vibe maybe

the breakfast was excellent and meals in the bar just what wanted

lunch and evening restaurant meals had plenty of options but there was no option of a bar snack if you were only peckish in the evening

staff very friendly bed comfy breakfast very good and plenty.

beds were very comfy, very quiet rural location, perfect for families, bar and restaurant downstairs, food wonderful, staff lovely

i could see a wait time at the bar peak season but apart from that nothing to report

we checked in the day before we were asked to choose what we wanted for breakfast and the time we would like it served
