wifi goes in and out. shower was luke-warm my whole stay. (3 nights) (-)wifi was non existent in unit 19 hot water took full five minutes to reach us (+) i also loved having the use of a microwave, fridge, and wifi (+) best amenity: surprisingly fast wifi (-)hot water at all and poor wifi (-)wifi was often down , making communication or access to the internet impossible. (-)hair dryer, no coffee maker, no slippers, no wifi, no drinking water (-)wifi is extremely terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible (-)no light bulb in bathroom, no wifi, horrible mattress, no blanket on bed, very dirty

also the room service is always available, even daily before 1pm

the spa tub

breakfast was basic but lot of waste - know there is no kitchen but all disposable plates and cutlery and eggs in plastic

room really clean , we really like the spa stubs and the staff really nice and friendly

room didn’t look super clean and the jetted spa tub looked dirty but at closer inspection it was just really old

we chose the queen spa room, which has a large skylight over the tub/shower and a glass block wall

they have allowed me early check in both times

the staff was amazing! super helpful! the breakfast was self-serve and was such a good value.

the continental breakfast was deceivingly tasty and filling

lovely continental breakfast; the fixtures and decor in the room and it’s bathroom, the pool, provided parking…i can’t say enough about how this exceeded our expectations
