(-)hair dryer, no coffee maker, no slippers, no wifi, no drinking water (-)wifi is extremely terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible (-)no light bulb in bathroom, no wifi, horrible mattress, no blanket on bed, very dirty

also the room service is always available, even daily before 1pm

don’t really have any complaints— the pool was a little chilly but will be perfect for summer months
