i was in a room right next to the laundry room so the room smelled a little musky and the door would get stuck, we had to slam the

guy even helped us do our laundry, not all people are familiar on how washer & dryer worked

water temperature was difficult to manage, would not want kids to get scalded showering as tub was not in any shape for baths

amenities were great, swimming pool was very nice they also have a laundry machine

the dry machine in laundry maybe doesn't work well

we first arrived the floors were dirty however the next room service day i asked housekeeping to mop the floors which they happily did

bring your own wifi. the free access from the hotel didn't work well. it was ok by the pool.
