we stood in line for an hour for the pool and it was all worth it, nikki mitchell was extremely helpful and spoke very caring to us and
too many kids lol
i couldn t use the pool or jacuzzi with kids all around. it was a big negative
i booked a room with a kitchen, no one cleaned the kitchen everyday unless i left a tip
the roof bar with an excellent view of the city

wanted to get in the pool and relax in the jacuzzi
the pool, the hot tub, the rudeness of staff
pool should be kept cleaner and change the furniture

starbucks on site. shower was nice. room service was good. very close to john wayne airport.
also, nothing about breakfast was mentioned at the time of checking in and we missed out

rented the 2 queen with the full kitchen
it has great vibes and a lovely little pool to enjoy
we were upgraded to a unit with a kitchenette
absolutely loved the pool area with grill and dining space as it worked so well with our kitchenette
we spent lots of time at the pool and really appreciated that

i should have not ordered room service it was cheaper to pick up myself

to the sand very accommodating to my 5 year old sending up s mores and a tent to the room room service food was very delicious we ordered
we loved working out in the gym each morning
if you are going with kids there isn’t really dining options for them as this hotel doesn’t have a cafe
i loved that the kids could go to the beach and we could see them from the room
from room breathtaking service was excellent made us feel like family my kids loved it facilities amazing relaxing and fun at the same time would love to come and stay
