the room was ready before our checkin time and as a bonus there was even free ev charging

it has a rooftop pool with great lounging areas set amongst beautiful gardens

discount for parking which was just around the corner, friendly staff, decent breakfast and a fabulous view from the roof terrace at night

breakfast finished at 10am, so it was kind of early (for us, on holidays ;) rooms are not new, but

had quite a bit of trouble trying to get the wifi to work in our room, although the very earnest desk clerk did her best to finally get it

the only thing that didn t work was the wifi signal died after you left the reception area.

on the mini bar is a little excessive but there’s local shops near bye so it’s not that much a big of a

staff at hotel bar were rude on first contact, however later with different staff it was fine

can have an early check in, and the staff very friendly

staff was very nice, they give us bigger room since we had kids with us

had a family room, with a mezzanine upstairs for the kids, which they loved

the hotel is lovely, with an olde-worlde feel, we had a huge room with spa bath and rituals bath products, and even got bbc news - first time on our trip
