was brilliant, didn't have breakfast at the property but had a bar meal on the first night which was very nice

warm welcome by the host, there was an opening of the garden bar but once my door was closed it was not a problem and did not go on to late, jane the host came

car parking was taken up with the new bar and marquee, so did have to walk a far way to get parking
