the bar prices were a little con the pricey side 18!for a pint and a gin and tonic

couldn't get a mobile phone signal from my room although wifi was fine so not really a problem

the breakfast was lovely, and a good selection. the poached eggs where cooked to perfection.

valet parking, when i went to collect my keys after two days on checkout the staff knew which car was

staff at 1am no trouble for us to have a drink to the bar and escorted outside to our room afterwards

relaxed bar and nothing too much trouble

but poor wifi for business purposes as they use unsecured network and therefore couldn't connect via

room quality was outstanding. pool and spa pool were also brilliant.

great, quiet, location, though i hadn't realised it was a golf hotel when i booked - not that this was a problem or a plus, just that it would have been

stock in pro shop,lack of staff so sports bar couldn't stay open,,no room service ,no change of bedding towels

very friendly and helpful staff. great bar and menu. all in a beautiful location.

24 hour gym was also a good facility

we had dinner and breakfast there and couldn't fault either of them

there is now a gym although i didn t use it so can t comment

room service tried to unlock the door whilst me and my partner were in bed, which was such an

sofa bed they set up for the kids was terrible - the mattress was the lumpiest ever so they didn’t sleep well

breakfast was very good it met all my expectations, the room we stayed it was beautiful as expected

our requests, like providing a room with a bath, giving us wine glasses when we requested and room service was excellent

we ordered room service and it was fabulous

from reception and everyone we met the lady whom looked after us at breakfast excellent can not say enough room was

the shower was bliss and complimentary snack and drink bar was a bonus

could get wifi in the room however the staff didn t tell us the password so didn t actually use it

wifi was poor

we were able to eat, drink and work into the evening before a great night's sleep and a cracking breakfast

comfortable beds, clean rooms, huge parking space, professional staff, very good breakfast selection

the room was very pleasant & appealing with a spa bath which was a bonus

breakfast was a little cold but selection was fabulous

breakfast was excellent, the fitness/spa pool is top quality- lovely location on the canal

our room was amazing (room 3) with spa bath and a huge bed (+)spa bath really good (+)everything is good, the spa in room is awsome!! (+)was beautiful , lovely spa bath and everywhere was spotless (+)with my husband, good off road parking, lovely little room well equipped with gorgeous spa products in bathroom, restaurant experience on a saturday evening was divine (+)lovely comfortable room, nice for a short romantic break. the spa bath was lovely.
