this has a gym but no pool (which didn't bother us) (-) not the hotel's fault at all, but i would have liked to have made use of the gym and of the communal spaces as lots of lovely areas to sit and take in the views but corona (+) spacious gym with bikes (-)gym i ever saw, broken and squeaky equipment, would call it more of a yoga area than a gym (+)it was okay.. nothing really special about it, we used the gym once it was a nice area

we were not met by concierge, no luggage racks in room, no way to indicate room occupancy, no spa/restaurant menu available in room, spa area not fully functional

the spa services were exceptional

the swimming pool was not for swimming. it looked like a small pool for kids

about the size of 2 double beds, when there’s kids in the pool it’s not at all relaxing

outdoor pool was a bonus and great location with lovely restaurants and bars nearby

have been greater, only one type of each tea bag etc

rooftop bar has a great view but could be made more cool with nicer lighting and ambience

nadia also gave us some gifts for our kids and was always going beyond to help us with our little one

there are lots of restaurants and shops around the area and there s also a self service laundry shop (autolavanderia adei) 3 minutes walk if you need to get rid of the dirty laundry in (+) due to noise disruptions, they cleared the fees of a laundry service that i had ordered to compensate (-) everything in hot laundry

rooftop bar was closed, but on positive side that meant we probably spent more time visiting the many

two small things: maybe it would have been nice if the gym was open later than 22:00 & it there was a toilet brush in the bathroom

we are a large family with 2 kids and 2 dogs but still it was quite comfortable for us

nice room and stay with kids had a beautiful view over the city

i don´t recommend it for families with small kids, because the breakfast is not available at hotel
