parking was easy

outside the city, easy access, convenient parking, great food, but best of all, the staff were excellent

location, tranquil setting, with ample free parking

and the airport) very friendly and helpful staff with the added bonus of a superb restaurant, bar and garden

pool gave us a relaxing time and the team was marvellous

great to be able to bring dogs into bar and restaurant with you

it would even have been nicer if there would have been an outdoor pool instead of internal one.

bar wasn t open during our stay so you couldn t get a drink before retiring to your room or

location and the roof top. staff were friendly and the bar was excellent

could not connect chromecast to wifi so unable to watch netflix, amazon, etc

the hotel is not far from the plaza nueva where we had a great meal in a bar on our first night

the addition of the bar next door for a lovely breakfast was also fabulous

restaurant bar staff were extremely rude, ignored us and kept serving spanish customers before us even though

hotel bar is lovely, and used by locals too

the old town is right across the street check in time is 12pm no early check in

they also managed to accommodate my request for an early check in

one evening i ordered pizza from the room service menu, it was ready within 20 minutes and tasted delicious

the gym wasn't in action whilst we were there

given that we were with small kids, this was a huge hazard

gym was closed - that should be made clear on the hotel site on booking.com

said hotel system showed that i didn't book with breakfast, but in fact, i book with breakfast included

much - the pool was not open, but that was a date issue, as it only opened the weekend after we arrived, so

staff organised complimentary secure parking for my ferrari in their garage

the tapas bar downstairs, solaro, has heavy 50s rock music playing constantly, round and round on the disc

really, could have done with more staff on in the evning to cope with the bar and restaurant

the fact we arrived sunday the restaurant and bar was closed

it also offers a fine (but more expensive) a la carte menu and a decent room service menu (-)in room offer of tea, coffee, water etc was poor, and room service expensive. (-)the restaurant should offer room service for evening meals. helpful if travelling with a dog, (+) dog friendly and good room service (-)could not use the restaurant or the bar or get room service (-)done by your pets - never had to do this before an extra 10 for each dog charged offered room service but didn t answer phone underground parking spaces a bit (-)no coffee/snack facilities. room service food was not good. chips not cooked, chicken burnt (-) no room service and no table in restaurant lunch or evening as there was a fiesta on sunday (+)club sandwich via room service was amazing however the chips were fried so much they were impossible to eat the (-)so had to sit in the room with her all afternoon and night as weather wasn't good and had to get room

i have never had bad coffee in a bar or restaurant in spain so it should be

the hotel also had it's own restaurant and bar so you can rest if you don't feel like exploring
