this has a gym but no pool (which didn't bother us) (-) not the hotel's fault at all, but i would have liked to have made use of the gym and of the communal spaces as lots of lovely areas to sit and take in the views but corona (+) spacious gym with bikes (-)gym i ever saw, broken and squeaky equipment, would call it more of a yoga area than a gym (+)it was okay.. nothing really special about it, we used the gym once it was a nice area

i am glad to tell you how fortunate it was that my wifi didn t work in room 228, and because of that you came to the room to help me

the old town is right across the street check in time is 12pm no early check in

there are lots of restaurants and shops around the area and there s also a self service laundry shop (autolavanderia adei) 3 minutes walk if you need to get rid of the dirty laundry in (+) due to noise disruptions, they cleared the fees of a laundry service that i had ordered to compensate (-) everything in hot laundry

staff was friendly and room service meant that my bed was cleaned very quickly.

nadia also gave us some gifts for our kids and was always going beyond to help us with our little one

a special commendation to all staff especially at reception and the bar lounge area

gym is essential to me and it's quite good, even provide water and snacks

big fan of the late check

i don´t recommend it for families with small kids, because the breakfast is not available at hotel

we are a large family with 2 kids and 2 dogs but still it was quite comfortable for us

nice room and stay with kids had a beautiful view over the city

somehow, even the breakfast is first rate

there is a comfy bar for hanging out and the breakfasts are cooked to order, with the freshest oj you’ll ever

my expectations for breakfast were a bit low given the size of the hotel and am happy to say i was so very wrong
