staff were great. early check in was a bonus. also bag storage on last day in usa was helpful.

i was given early check in after a rough morning travelling over and was so at home and happy

suite with kitchen but had nothing provided eg kitchen towel , washing up items etc

were able to check in to the room early

also they charged for an early check in - by 40mins - without letting me know there would be a charge for that
