room service, bathrooms, bed, simonette, close to culver city restaurants and steps

the restaurant was closed the first day i was there so was unable to have a drink or room service that evening

property had a ton including a fantastic pool/restaurant area on the top floor and a delicious restaurant on

we needed more towels and wanted to order room service

visiting family in culver city, clean, good staff, nice restaurant and rooftop bar, well equipped gym

excellent staff and service. clean and comfortable room. great gym. good restaurant and bar

marcus at the bar was exceptional. helpful with local tips & made some beautiful cocktails.

the pet fee is very reasonable, and even being in one of the rooms they set aside for pets, i would

mostly clean, but found a 1/2 eaten candy bar under the bed.

wifi is slow, can get cold at night and only one spare blanket, and texting the hotel didn t work

they allowed a late check out when i requested additional time to shower after completing the la marathon

and helpful, we had arrived very early and they let us put our bag behind the desk and sue the pool

the wifi was very hard to connect -they have 4 options and i had to try each over and over until one

the wifi almost can do nothing, too slow. there is bad smell in the room.

that's a small, petty thing to bring up, but for extended stays you begin to wonder what's going on

as we stepped out of our car by hotel staff in a very friendly way and ushered into the lobby bar for a bellini

food we had in room service for was not impressive at all

bistro bar on site was great and convenient when i didn't want to go look for food outside the hotel

service and early check in were impeccable. good hotel handy location.

also liked that it had a functional balcony overlooking the pool

within the hotel, there's a starbucks, quiet areas to work, and a clean gym

view , location and bar ;)

it was a bonus to have a laundry machine and a dryer at the end of our two week trip across the states

not a big deal, but there was no gym or meaningful public area

there were sparse utensils in the kitchen but a sign that the front desk could supply more

drawbacks are 1) no elevator, so this is not an appropriate place to stay if you have very young kids or use a

we loved that this hotel is pet friendly and brought us a dog bed and food and water bowls for our little pup

the hotel was so cute, the complimentary breakfast was delicious and the staff was great

free breakfast was fine, but a little lackluster - just some croissants and yogurt basically

the pool was a little dirty so my kids did not want to swim in it.
