they had also closed the pool and fitness center during this time and it would have been nice to see this on the website

the room was big enough that i could spread out to wrap all of our gifts, and the jacuzzi/heated pool were marvelous, and open pretty late in comparison to other places i've stayed

only wish they had a laundry room and they didn't start charging $15 parking

i like the view , the housekeeping attendant was really awesome, the best breakfast

shuttle to oakland airport

staff were very pleasant, the shuttle service was great and timely, and the location was perfect for my needs

to order out bistro was out of certain foods the kids would eat and very expensive to buy soda and water other than that our stay was excellent and

hotel does not have a bar or restaurant

they got me a lift ride to airport because shuttle didn't start until after, which was excellent

to go front desk for room service menu

the refrigerator stunk and didn t work, and two hours before it was time for me to check out room service kept knocking on my door to ask me if i m staying or checking out every 30mins

they have an airport shuttle for hotel guests to the airport

oh, and the gym and pool were non functional

a day parking
